- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth

- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until they become softened and fragrant.
- Add the cooked shredded chicken, white beans, corn, chicken broth, cumin, and chili powder into the pot.
- Bring everything to a simmer and cook for about 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Stir in the heavy cream or Greek yogurt, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with fresh cilantro, cheese, or avocado, depending on your preference.
Notes
