Juicy sirloin steak pieces, perfectly seasoned and sautéed, capturing the essence of a great steakhouse experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika.
  2. Add the steak pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated, and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Place the marinated steak bites in the skillet in a single layer.
  5. Cook the steak bites for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, marinate overnight and use high-heat oil like avocado oil for searing.
