- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onions over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Top with frozen tater tots, then sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider using garlic powder or paprika. You can also add vegetables like frozen peas or corn for extra nutrition.
