A delightful mini dessert combining the flavors of apple crisp with creamy cheesecake, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups apples (chopped)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • Caramel sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the chopped apples with granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Set it aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, oats, and brown sugar to form your crust mixture.
  5. Press the crust evenly into the bottom of a cheesecake pan or mini cheesecake molds.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then top it with the apple mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  8. Allow to cool before refrigerating for several hours.
  9. Serve chilled, drizzled with caramel sauce.
