- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Caramel sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the chopped apples with granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Set it aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, oats, and brown sugar to form your crust mixture.
- Press the crust evenly into the bottom of a cheesecake pan or mini cheesecake molds.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then top it with the apple mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool before refrigerating for several hours.
- Serve chilled, drizzled with caramel sauce.
