Description

A fun and delicious twist on traditional cheesecake, combining crunchy taco shells with creamy strawberry filling.


Ingredients

  • 8 Taco shells
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup Crushed graham crackers
  • Chocolate or strawberry sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the chopped strawberries and whipped cream gently to combine.
  3. Fill each taco shell with the strawberry cheesecake mixture.
  4. Top with crushed graham crackers and a drizzle of chocolate or strawberry sauce if desired.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor. Adjust sweetness by varying the sugar. Can make filling ahead of time, but fill taco shells just before serving.
