Deliciously addictive bite-sized appetizers filled with creamy spinach and artichoke, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients

- 10 oz package Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained very well
- 8 oz jar Artichoke Hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 12–14 Wonton Wrappers
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Gently press a wonton wrapper into each cup of a muffin tin. Lightly spray each wrapper with cooking spray.
- Bake the wonton wrappers in the oven for 5 minutes, or until they start to set.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the spinach, chopped artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Spoon the spinach and artichoke mixture evenly into each of the baked wonton cups.
- Return to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the wontons are golden brown and crispy.
- Allow them to cool slightly before carefully removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to swap sour cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter version. You can also prepare the filling in advance and store it in the fridge.
