- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 cup Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cheese (Monterey Jack or cheddar)
- 2 tablespoons butter (for brushing)
- Optional toppings (ranch or blue cheese dressing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- Slice the slider buns in half and lay the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread the buffalo chicken mixture over the buns, then generously top with cheese.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders and brush them lightly with melted butter.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese melts and buns turn golden.
- Remove from the oven, slice between the sliders, and serve warm with optional toppings.
Notes
For an extra kick, add cayenne pepper or smoked paprika to the chicken mixture. Use store-bought rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
