Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 slices of bread (sourdough or brioche)
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree

  2. Dip each slice of bread into the mixture, letting it soak for a few seconds on each side.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil to coat the bottom.
  4. Place the bread slices in the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with maple syrup and your favorite toppings.
