Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread a generous layer of pesto sauce on one side of each slice of bread.
- On one slice, layer your cheese, ensuring it’s nestled right against the pesto side. Top it with the second slice of bread, pesto side facing in.
- Butter the outer sides of both slices of bread.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
