Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg, then mix in the milk and oil.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; it’s okay if the batter is a bit lumpy.
  4. Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat and pour batter onto the skillet, cooking each pancake for about 2 minutes on each side until golden.

Notes

Let the batter rest for about 5 minutes before cooking for fluffier pancakes. Keep skillet at a consistent medium heat.
