Ingredients

- Milk

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the pasta and enough water to cover it completely. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce heat and let simmer until pasta is tender and most water is absorbed.
- Stir in milk and sprinkle in Parmesan cheese, mixing until creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently with a splash of milk to restore creaminess.
