Description

A comforting, creamy garlic pasta dish made in one pot, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • Garlic
  • Milk
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the pasta and enough water to cover it completely. Bring to a boil.
  3. Once boiling, reduce heat and let simmer until pasta is tender and most water is absorbed.
  4. Stir in milk and sprinkle in Parmesan cheese, mixing until creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently with a splash of milk to restore creaminess.
