Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Mix in the sugar and melted butter until well combined.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and then add them to the banana mixture.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
