Description

This Moist Banana Bread recipe transforms ripe bananas into a delightful treat, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Mix in the sugar and melted butter until well combined.
  4. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and then add them to the banana mixture.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
