Description

A delectable chicken dish with a creamy and cheesy topping that is tender and easy to prepare, perfect for weeknight dinners or impressing guests.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  3. Arrange the chicken breasts in the baking dish. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on top of each piece.
  4. Bake uncovered for about 35–40 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden and slightly bubbly.
  5. Once done, sprinkle with fresh parsley or chives before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in yogurt for a few hours. Swap ingredients creatively to suit your taste preferences.
