Description

Delightful no-bake cookies that combine oats with zesty lemon, perfect for a quick and refreshing treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
