Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, dried lavender, and lemon zest.

  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
