Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the honey and mustard until well-combined.
- In an oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

- Sear each side of the chicken for about 5 minutes or until it reaches a golden-brown color.
- Pour the honey-mustard sauce over the seared chicken.
