Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In a greased casserole dish, layer the sliced potatoes.
- Spread the cooked ground beef over the potatoes.
- Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the meat layer.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
