- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup ketchup for glaze
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine the ketchup and brown sugar to make the glaze.
- Spread the glaze generously over the meatloaf.
- Bake for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Allow it to rest before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra moisture, consider adding BBQ sauce to the meat mixture. You can prepare the loaf the night before to save time.
