- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits each)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder (for the topping)
Instructions
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Measure out all your ingredients for easier cooking.
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with 2 tsp garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Assemble Your Cheeseburger Bombs: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten each biscuit, fill with cooked beef and cheddar cheese, seal, and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake the Cheeseburger Bombs: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add the Parmesan Garlic Topping: Mix melted butter, Parmesan, and additional garlic powder. Brush over warm bombs after baking.
