- 1 box brownies
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/3 cup hot coffee
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, blend brownie mix, oil, hot coffee, and egg until well combined.
- Pour brownie mixture into prepared pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Once baked, let the brownies cool completely and cut them into football shapes using a cookie cutter.
- To make ganache, pour hot heavy cream over chocolate chips, let sit for a few minutes, then whisk until smooth.
- Dip tops of the brownies into the ganache and return to the baking sheet.
- Melt white chocolate chips and pipe seams onto brownies after ganache has set.
Notes
For extra fudginess, do not overbake. Allow brownies to cool fully before cutting. You can add nuts or toffee bits for crunch.
