- 1 can French onion soup

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onions are translucent.
- Stir in the ground beef, seasoning generously with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned.
- Pour in the rice, beef broth, and French onion soup, mixing well and bringing to a gentle simmer.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.

- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
