Description

A crowd-pleasing dish made with frozen meatballs, grape jelly, and barbecue sauce, perfect for gatherings or cozy dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 32 oz frozen fully cooked meatballs
  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tbsp chili garlic sauce

Instructions

  1. In the base of your slow cooker, add the frozen meatballs, grape jelly, barbecue sauce, and chili garlic sauce.
  2. Stir the mixture until everything is well combined.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours (4-5 hours for larger meatballs).
  4. Stir halfway through the cooking process.
  5. Once cooked, keep the slow cooker on the warm setting until ready to serve.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives just before serving.

Notes

For a healthier version, opt for lean turkey meatballs and reduce the grape jelly. Can also be made in an Instant Pot.
