- 1 cup ditalini pasta
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, celery, and garlic, sautéing until softened.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the shredded chicken and ditalini pasta, cooking until the pasta is al dente.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Store leftover soup in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze for longer storage. Add more vegetables for a heartier soup.
