- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon vinegar

Instructions
- Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and carefully take out the yolks.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Return the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves by spooning or piping it in for an elegant finish.
- Use paprika to sprinkle on top for a dash of color and flavor.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. Add toppings like bacon bits or chives for extra flavor.
