Description

A potluck favorite, these creamy deviled eggs are easy to make and perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and carefully take out the yolks.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Return the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves by spooning or piping it in for an elegant finish.
  4. Use paprika to sprinkle on top for a dash of color and flavor.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. Add toppings like bacon bits or chives for extra flavor.
