Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
  • 4 pieces Low-Carb Tortillas
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 cup Extra Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Jalapeño Slices (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the cream cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  2. Gradually whisk in the heavy whipping cream until creamy and fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until fully melted. Set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and add ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart, then drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water and cook for a few more minutes.
  5. Toast low-carb tortillas in a non-stick skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until warmed and slightly crispy.
  6. Assemble the crunchwrap: lay a tortilla flat, spread cheese sauce, add beef, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, extra cheddar cheese, cilantro, and jalapeños, then fold edges inward.
  7. Cook each wrap in the skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
