Description

A comforting and easy-to-make chicken and gravy dish perfect for busy weeknights or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 can (about 16 oz) of gravy
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Cooked rice or mashed potatoes for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts directly into the crockpot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Stir until well-blended, then pour over the chicken.
  3. Cover your crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fork-tender.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the gravy.
  5. Serve the chicken and gravy over cooked rice or fluffy mashed potatoes.
