Ingredients

- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Add half of the kielbasa slices on top of those potatoes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly.
- Pour half of this creamy mixture over the potatoes and kielbasa.
- Layer the remaining potatoes and kielbasa, followed by the rest of the soup mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover your crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Feel free to substitute kielbasa with another sausage or ham. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for longer storage.
