Description

A comforting dish of hearty potatoes, savory kielbasa, and melty cheese, perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Add half of the kielbasa slices on top of those potatoes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly.
  4. Pour half of this creamy mixture over the potatoes and kielbasa.
  5. Layer the remaining potatoes and kielbasa, followed by the rest of the soup mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Cover your crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Feel free to substitute kielbasa with another sausage or ham. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for longer storage.
