A comforting and easy Crockpot dish featuring tender chicken breasts in a creamy sauce, served over fluffy angel hair pasta.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 pound angel hair pasta
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the Italian dressing mix, golden mushroom soup, chicken broth, and cream cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the creamy sauce evenly over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and set the crockpot to low. Cook for 4 to 5 hours, or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- About 15 minutes before the chicken finishes, prepare the angel hair pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Plate the angel hair pasta and place a chicken breast on top, spooning extra sauce over as desired.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
