Description

Delightful crispy salmon fillets coated in a sticky honey garlic glaze, perfect for quick dinners or entertaining.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 skin-on salmon fillets
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients, and mince the garlic.
  2. Make the Honey Garlic Glaze: In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Set aside.
  3. Sear the Salmon: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for about 5-6 minutes until crispy.
  4. Glaze and Finish Cooking: Flip the salmon carefully, brush the honey glaze over the top, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until just opaque.
  5. Serve and Garnish: Transfer the salmon to a plate, drizzle with remaining glaze, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently to avoid drying out.
