Ingredients

- 20 oz cheese tortellini
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 1/4 cups parmesan, shredded or freshly grated
- Parsley, chopped (optional)
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Cracked black pepper (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and let it rest.
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring, then gradually add parmesan until creamy.
- Slice the rested steak into bite-sized pieces and add tortellini and steak to the sauce, tossing gently.
- Serve topped with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
For lighter options, use chicken instead of steak or substitute heavy cream with coconut milk.
