Description
Tender steak bites coated in a rich and flavorful cowboy butter, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, chives, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak bites for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are nicely browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak bites from the heat and toss them in the prepared cowboy butter until fully coated.
- Serve immediately as an appetizer or main dish.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the steak pieces in olive oil, garlic, and herbs for a couple of hours before cooking. Ensure your skillet is hot enough to achieve a good sear.
