Description

Tender steak bites coated in a rich and flavorful cowboy butter, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, chives, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined and set aside.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak bites for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are nicely browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  3. Remove the steak bites from the heat and toss them in the prepared cowboy butter until fully coated.
  4. Serve immediately as an appetizer or main dish.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the steak pieces in olive oil, garlic, and herbs for a couple of hours before cooking. Ensure your skillet is hot enough to achieve a good sear.
