- 12 pieces Potstickers (homemade or frozen)
- 4 cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger (minced)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 can Coconut Milk
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Green Onions (sliced)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth, then add the coconut milk and soy sauce. Stir until well combined.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Add the potstickers to the pot and allow them to cook in the broth for about 5-7 minutes, or until heated through.
- Finally, stir in the fresh lime juice, cilantro, and green onions just before serving for a burst of flavor.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. For freezing, leave out the potstickers before storing.
