- 4 cups beef broth
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, diced

- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into your crockpot, including beef, beef broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, and bay leaf.
- Gently stir to blend everything together.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, until the beef is tender.
- Before serving, remove the bay leaf.
- Serve hot and enjoy this cozy meal!
