A quick, easy, and budget-friendly casserole made with frozen tater tots, canned chili, and gooey cheddar cheese, perfect for weeknight dinners.

- 1 bag of frozen tater tots
- 2 cans of chili (with or without beans)
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a large baking dish. Spread the frozen tater tots in an even layer across the bottom.
- Pour both cans of chili over the tater tots, spreading it so the tots are evenly covered.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the chili.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly and the edges are hot.
- Remove from oven and let it sit for a few minutes to set.
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of chopped green onions.
Notes
Customize with different cheeses, add vegetables, or use homemade chili for unique twists. Can be assembled ahead and refrigerated.
