Ingredients
Scale
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about a minute.
- Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet, ensuring they are fully coated in the buttery garlic sauce.
- Slice the chicken and place it on top of the noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding a splash of chicken broth or white wine when tossing the noodles. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
