- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water

Instructions
- Heat a splash of oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, diced carrots, and celery, sautéing until softened.
- Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and water, bringing the mixture to a boil.
- Add the ditalini pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and let it warm through.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.

Notes
