Description

A luxurious yet simple dish featuring juicy chicken fillets in a spicy and creamy garlic-parmesan sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or special gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Crispy fries (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil.
  2. Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper. Place them in the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Once done, remove the chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, making sure it gets coated with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Plate the chicken with the creamy sauce right over crispy fries and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a lighter sauce, substitute heavy cream with half and half or chicken broth. Don’t skimp on the garlic for better flavor.
