Description

A festive cheesy pull-apart bread that combines garlic, butter, and herbs, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, basil, or Italian seasoning)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Marinara or pesto for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with minced garlic, adding a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into squares (about 2×2 inches works well).
  4. Dip each square into the garlic butter and layer them in the shape of a Christmas tree on a baking sheet.
  5. Between layers of dough, sprinkle shredded cheese and fresh herbs abundantly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with a side of marinara or pesto for dipping!

Notes

For added flavor, try infusing your butter with herbs like rosemary or thyme. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month.
