Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella and parmesan cheese until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the cheese mixture into golf ball-sized bites.
- Dip each bite into the egg mixture, then roll it in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Place the bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
