Description

Delicious cheesy bites with a crispy exterior and a gooey center, perfect for parties or game day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella and parmesan cheese until well mixed.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Shape the cheese mixture into golf ball-sized bites.
  5. Dip each bite into the egg mixture, then roll it in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  6. Place the bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
