- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
