- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Divide the cheesy filling evenly among the tortillas. Top each with a handful of fresh spinach and some diced tomatoes. Sprinkle parsley on top if you like.
- Tightly roll each tortilla, ensuring the filling stays inside. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Slice in half and serve warm to enjoy!
