Description

A creamy, spicy buffalo chicken dip perfect for gatherings, game days, and cozy nights, made effortlessly in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips, baguette slices, or veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and blue cheese (if using).
  2. Stir everything together until well combined.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until the mixture is heated through and bubbly.
  4. Before serving, stir again to ensure all ingredients are well blended, then garnish with chopped green onions.
  5. Serve warm alongside tortilla chips, baguette slices, or fresh veggies of your choice.

Notes

For a lighter version, consider swapping cream cheese with Greek yogurt. Use rotisserie chicken for ease and flavor.
