- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
 - 1/4 cup sugar
 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
 - 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
 - 1 cup sugar
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 2 large eggs
 - 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
 - 1 cup caramel sauce
 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
 - In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Mix well and press firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish to form a crust.
 - In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, ensuring to mix well after each addition.
 - Gently fold in the diced apples and ground cinnamon until evenly distributed.
 - Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly.
 - Drizzle caramel sauce on top of the cheesecake mixture. Use a knife to swirl the caramel into the filling for a beautiful marbled effect.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set.
 - Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
 
Notes
Serve slightly warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an elevated experience. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
