Description

A delicious combination of Cajun-seasoned steak tips and creamy rigatoni, perfect for weeknight dinners or special gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cajun-seasoned steak tips
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rigatoni pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the Cajun-seasoned steak tips, cooking until browned on all sides and reaching your desired doneness.
  4. Lower the heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then stir well.
  5. Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  7. Gently fold the cooked rigatoni into the skillet, ensuring every piece is coated with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
