- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rigatoni pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the Cajun-seasoned steak tips, cooking until browned on all sides and reaching your desired doneness.
- Lower the heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then stir well.
- Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Gently fold the cooked rigatoni into the skillet, ensuring every piece is coated with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
