- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are soft and aromatic.
- Stir in the ground chicken along with the Cajun seasoning. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Mix in the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, adding salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes for the flavors to meld.
- Load the mixture onto burger buns and enjoy!
Notes
For a hint of sweetness, add a spoonful of brown sugar to the sauce. Toasting the buns adds extra crunch.
