Description

A spicy and creamy dip perfect for game day gatherings, combining shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cheesy goodness.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works best)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to your spice level)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: Chopped green onions or crumbled blue cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and optionally garnish with chopped green onions or crumbled blue cheese. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, celery sticks, or carrot sticks.

Notes

This dip can be made ahead of time; prepare a day in advance and store in the fridge until baking.
