Description

Delightful breakfast pancake poppers blending fluffy pancakes with the fun of a popper, perfect for busy mornings or leisurely brunches.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture; be careful not to overmix.
  5. Scoop the batter into the muffin pan, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until they are golden on top.
  7. Allow them to cool slightly before serving warm with your favorite syrup.

Notes
