- 3/4 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla until well combined.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture; be careful not to overmix.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin pan, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until they are golden on top.
- Allow them to cool slightly before serving warm with your favorite syrup.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, use almond milk. Add chocolate chips or blueberries for variety.
