Description

A comforting breakfast casserole featuring crescent rolls, sausage, eggs, and cheese, perfect for family gatherings or busy mornings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent rolls
  • 1 pound of mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a skillet, brown the breakfast sausage over medium heat, then drain any excess grease.
  4. Spread the crescent rolls evenly along the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Layer the cooked sausage over the crescent rolls.
  6. Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage.
  7. Generously sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
