- 1 can of crescent rolls
- 1 pound of mild breakfast sausage
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a skillet, brown the breakfast sausage over medium heat, then drain any excess grease.
- Spread the crescent rolls evenly along the bottom of the baking dish.
- Layer the cooked sausage over the crescent rolls.
- Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage.
- Generously sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
