- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Allow it to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
- Toss in minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant (around 30 seconds).
- Add the marinated beef to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, stirring frequently.
- Add the broccoli florets along with a splash of water. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes until broccoli is tender but crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over steamed rice or noodles.
