Delicious bite-sized appetizers featuring creamy brie and tangy cranberry sauce wrapped in flaky puff pastry.

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
- ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into 12 equal squares. Gently press each square into the muffin cups.
- Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and sprinkle with chopped candied pecans, if desired.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let the bites cool for about 5 minutes before adding a tiny sprig of rosemary on top for garnish.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to restore flakiness.
