Description

Delicious bite-sized appetizers featuring creamy brie and tangy cranberry sauce wrapped in flaky puff pastry.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into 12 equal squares. Gently press each square into the muffin cups.
  3. Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and sprinkle with chopped candied pecans, if desired.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  5. Let the bites cool for about 5 minutes before adding a tiny sprig of rosemary on top for garnish.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to restore flakiness.
